By phone at 905-878-7252, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Online through the Town's general inquiry form, which is routed to the right staff. In person at the Information Desk at Town Hall, 150 Mary Street, during the same hours.

Through the Town's Report a Problem page, which has a form for each kind of issue: potholes and other road maintenance, damaged roads, sidewalks and signs, streetlights, traffic signals, park and trail maintenance, Town-owned trees, graffiti, parking concerns, garbage cans and illegal dumping, wildlife, and winter maintenance.

How do I make a by-law complaint?

Milton's by-law enforcement officers handle complaints including noise, property standards, littering and dumping, parking and animal services. Submit a complaint online, call 905-878-7252 ext. 2137 on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or go to the Community Services counter at Town Hall, 150 Mary Street, in the same hours. Give your phone number, email and address if you want an officer to follow up.

For immediate, emergency assistance outside business hours, the Town directs residents to the Halton Regional Police Service.

311 is a free, multilingual, non-emergency number for government services in Halton. Calls are answered by Access Halton, which Halton Region runs on behalf of the Regional and local municipal governments, the Halton Regional Police Service, the Halton District School Board and the Halton Catholic District School Board.
