What the zone permits

The permitted uses and regulations for OS are set out in Section 11 of Comprehensive Zoning By-law 144-2003, March 2026 consolidation (PDF). MiltonIQ does not paraphrase them: an exception, a holding provision or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot. The Town of Milton’s Certificate of Occupancy (Zoning) is the Town of Milton’s own answer for a property. The interactive zoning map shows the zone on a single lot.
