Site-specific exception (17 polygons)

Temporary-use symbol (1 polygons)

T14A “T” number before the zone symbol, as the layer writes it.

1 zone polygon sit inside another polygon on the layer (the map draws one zone over another without cutting a hole). Their hectares are counted here and in the other zone; the by-law map decides which applies.

What the zone permits

The permitted uses and regulations for M2 are set out in Section 8 of Comprehensive Zoning By-law 016-2014 (HUSP Urban Area), March 2026 consolidation (PDF). MiltonIQ does not paraphrase them: an exception, a holding provision or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot.
