What the zone permits

The permitted uses and regulations for NHS are set out in Section 11 of Comprehensive Zoning By-law 016-2014 (HUSP Urban Area), March 2026 consolidation (PDF). MiltonIQ does not paraphrase them: an exception, a holding provision or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot.
